General
Commissioners must read and agree to the Terms of Service as listed before ordering a commission from the artist. Commissioners automatically agree to the Terms of Service below and affirm that they are at least 18 years old and with their own bank account upon sending payment.My Terms of Service are subject to change at any date, and revisions do not apply retroactively. Whatever version of the Terms of Service was active at the time of your commission in question are the terms that apply to said commission. Review the Terms of Service at every order.👁 I reserve the right to issue takedown notices of edited versions of the art should the client violate any item of the Commissioner/Client clause [ToS], or if I feel my Moral Right to an image has been compromised. Legal action will be taken where applicable.👁 The client assigns all rights to the artist. As the Artist, I reserve all rights granted onto me by US Copyright law and the Moral Right to my work regardless of the characters depicted. I retain the right to post sketches, process documents, videos and the completed artwork to my art/social media accounts, Patreon and Ko-fi. I will tag the commissioner and owner of the character in my posts if requested, so please provide social media accounts and usernames for tagging. If you do not want to be tagged in these posts that is perfectly fine. If the commissioner is not the owner of the character, the commissioner must receive the owners permission to commission the character. I do not take private commissions at this time.👁 My commissions are digital artworks, and shall be delivered as a glazed and shaded .PNG file, as well as an un-glazed .PNG file, to the commissioner. I do not give out my .PSD files to my commissioners.👁 I will re-use any base sketches from current and/or previous unrelated commissions and artwork, as “pre-poses” to help me thumbnail, sketch and hash out the beginning stages of the commission. If you do not feel comfortable with this process for any reason, do not commission me.👁 Currently, I only offer artworks of ferals and mainly fantasy characters such as dragons, monsters, cryptids, etc. I do not draw humans, humanoids, mecha, overly complex pieces, or anything outside of my comfort zone.👁 I will not create designs or artwork based off of descriptions, no exceptions. Have references or a reference sheet of your character[s] ready, please.👁 I will absolutely not attempt to emulate or otherwise outright plagiarize the style or processes of other artists. Any claims or comparisons made of similar or duplicated styles towards my work are false and purely coincidental and will be treated as such.👁 I do not tolerate obsessive nitpicking and over-editing of my preliminary sketches/finished artwork. Please allow room for stylistic and artistic freedom on my part and do not expect my work to be identical to your references. I will cancel commissions over excessive edits.

👁 I reserve the right to sell prints or merchandise of commissions. Commissioners may not sell my artwork as prints or merchandise, or otherwise attempt to profit off of my artwork in any way, shape or form.👁 I reserve the right to decline commissions and cancel commissions as needed.👁I do not draw NSFW (with the exception of mild violence/blood). I will not draw anything that promotes discrimination or hate speech.👁 Please do not edit my artwork in any way (with the exception of cropping or resizing for banners, icons, etc). Do not remove my signature from the artwork.👁 Fraudulent chargebacks, NFT-minting my work, using my work in AI production or crypto-related projects and blatant theft will result in permanent blacklisting for commissioners as well as legal action where necessary.👁 My prices reflect personal commissions only. Do not use this pricing as a model for commercial work. Additionally, personal commissions cannot be used for commercial use after they have been delivered (for example, you cannot receive a personal commission and use the artwork for prints, shirts, merch, or any other avenue that generates revenue from the artwork as this would be considered commercial). Payment and Refunds
All payments are in USD and shall be taken through Stripe invoices. I will not be offering commissions through another method at this time. Full payments are due up front and prices are non-negotiable. I do not start working on commissions until the payment is secured. I will not accept gifts, trades, crypto or exposure in exchange for my services.
Rate of $50/hr. None of my commissions are priced under $50.
ALL of my finished work is delivered with a glazed and shaded version and a full version.
Payments must be USD and paid in full [on Ko-fi] before I can even start your commission.
All commissions are discussed privately through my Discord direct messages when there is a commission slot open. I only accept commissions through my Discord Server members, which is only accessible through my Ko-fi subscriptions at this time.
Do NOT send me payments until we [the Client and I] have arranged a commission. Otherwise, it is a donation.
My work order is random, as I work on whatever piece I feel like conquering that day.
Commission turnaround is anywhere between 2-6 months, based on complexity and work load.
👁 A client may only receive a full refund on a commission up until the initial first sketch has been provided.👁 Upon receiving the first sketch from me, the client is able to receive a 50% refund, should they prefer to cancel the commission at this stage.👁 Once any further work is continued past the sketch stage, the client is no longer eligible to receive any type of refund.👁 If the artwork has been finished and a refund is requested, no refund shall be given. The client loses all rights to the art as is once a refund has been issued and/or the commission has been cancelled.👁 If a client enacts a chargeback after artwork has been completed and sent, or attempts to withhold payment before, during or after receiving artwork in any way, you will be blocked and awareness will be spread to my community of your fraudulent activity. Legal action will be taken where applicable.
Edits and Changes
Commission prices are based on an hourly rate and time needed for completion. Any edits and changes requested are subject to additional fees at my discretion.👁 I shall send low-resolution sketches [with my signature] for approval where applicable before officially starting the commission. The sketch stage is the only time where edits are free, so please let me know if you require fixes before I officially start.👁Please note that not all of my commission options will have an approval stage and will state as such in the commission option information on my Patreon, Ko-fi and Discord Server.👁 If you as the client request multiple changes/edits AFTER the sketch stage, they will have a fee. Please know what pose you want and what details you want or if you're fine with freestyle. Clients may send specific examples of poses or even send me a sketch or stick figure drawing of what they would like.
Minor mistakes on my part, such as lacking small details or important features that are specifically stated in the character reference, are free. These are at my discretion and are not to be abused.
Edits and changes such as character posing, minor / major details and fixes, and any kind of recoloring, after the work has been completed are NOT accepted.
I do not make changes to backgrounds or framing whatsoever. Character changes and edits only.
Any more changes past the initial sketch stage shall be charged. Charges are as follows:
$10 per edit in the work-in-progress stages.
Files and Uploads
Commissioned artworks are not to be uploaded by the commissioner to socials as I will have uploaded a web-safe version of their commission to all of my socials beforehand. Commissioners may repost my work to their socials and are more than welcome to ask for the link to said web-safe post.👁 Should a commissioner desire to upload my work to a site I am NOT present on, I will gladly have provided them with the glazed and shaded web-safe version of my artwork for them to upload, along with appropriate credit given to me as the commissioned artist.
Bases and Downloads
On top of the current ToS, there is an additional set of rules that apply to my Creature and Character Bases as well as any downloadable files and resources I may provide through my Patreon, Ko-fi and other websites. You must read and agree to the Terms of Service as listed below before purchasing and/or downloading any of these resources from me.Purchasing/downloading any of my resources or bases automatically agrees you to the Terms of Service below and affirms that you are at least 18 years old and with your own bank account upon sending payment/downloading.👁 These resources come 'as is' and are intended for digital artists with an intermediate level of knowledge [of Photoshop]. Do not purchase or download these resources/bases if you do not own the means with which to open, edit and save a PSD file type. I do not offer conversions to any other file types.👁 Art and works contained within my resources and bases do not reflect on my opinions or values and I have no involvement with designs or characters created using these resources and bases once they are sold/downloaded.
You MUST credit the use of any creature or character bases to me upon posting [to any and all] websites/socials. "Lineart/Base by Azreonn' is fine.
You may NOT create a closed species with my bases.
You may NOT resell or share the resources, the .psd files and/or bare line-work/base assets anywhere.
My resources and bases are NOT for commercial use [for example, you cannot purchase a base and use the artwork for prints, shirts, merch, or any other avenue that generates revenue from the work as this would be considered commercial].
You may edit, replace, or remove the background in the creature and character bases.
You may edit the lines, add/remove things, change sex/gender, etc. in the creature and character bases.
You may edit, move, replace, or remove the banner and signature/credit text/logo on the base WITH credit to me upon posting. "Lineart/Base by Azreonn' is fine.
You may create and sell [for any amount], gift, and trade adoptables/premade designs with these resource and base assets WITH credit to me upon posting. "Lineart/Base by Azreonn' is fine.
Creation and sales using my resources and bases must be one-time sales, otherwise they will count as commercial.
